Our Mission

To create a network of skilled and well-resourced local rangers, land managers and land-owners implementing effective river to reef monitoring and land management programs, providing the knowledge and awareness necessary to manage and protect Cape York freshwater and marine ecosystems into the future.

Acknowledgement

Cape York Water Partnership pays our respects to the Traditional Owners of the land and waters where we live and work. We acknowledge that water is an inseparable part of ‘Country’, for which the Traditional Owners of Cape York have traditional ownership rights and custodial duties.
